How I work with AI
I use AI in my development workflow every day. What separates that from copy-pasting in the dark is what happens after the AI answers.
Cross-review across contexts
I open independent conversations — some with the project context, some without — and ask them to audit the result and suggest edits. A fresh context is not invested in what the previous one wrote, so it sees what the author cannot.
Documentation reconciled with the code
Every project keeps a record of technical decisions and the reasoning behind each one. When the docs and the code disagree, one of them is wrong — and finding out which is part of the job.
Verification before calling it done
Regression checks on what already worked, and inspection of the actual output before anything is considered finished. It comes from my QA days: what has not been verified has not been delivered.
This site is an example of the method
It was built with Claude Code, and the repository carries the commit history plus a records file with every technical decision and the reason behind it.
